It is not eating, not doing exercise only, that determines the length of life:
1. Get enough sleep
2. Less fat on the belly3. Take it easy, and be less bad-tempered
4. Don't sit too long
5. Eat and drink in a regular pattern
6. To bask in the sun regularly
7. Laugh often, sadness will hurt the body, joy will lead to longevity
8. Keep the living environment clean
9. Not easy to get angry
10. Prefer to walk most of the time
11. Manage close relationships
12. Keep in touch with old friends, chat with old friends, and maintain family harmony.
