'cherrie' 在外國人圈子是甚麼意思？

朋友說，他做老師，看見很多小學的英文書，有時女主角的英文名是cherrie。這個名在很多香港人腦海中是沒有問題，是車厘子的意思。但在外國人的圈子，是破處的意思。所以，很多叫cherrie的女仔，到外國讀書，外國人都在這女仔在場合中短暫離開時問她身邊的朋友，她真的叫cherrie？當然，仍然有很多叫cherrie的生力軍，繼續在全球出現。當然，很多人會說你淫賤，你賤格，你下流。我就是叫cherry，就是叫cherrie。
