行山人士,宜採四招自保:
1)避開中午烈日當空的時間行山,免因太陽長期暴曬致身體捱不住。建議行山者可在早上8時前或下午3時後出發,這屬較佳時間;
2)避免單獨行山,必須帶手機以便求救,最好帶備後備手機電池或充電器;
3)必須帶備大量的食水以補充水份,夏季行山最好每人帶備至少約2公升的水,同時可準備一些電解質飲品;
4)考慮穿淺色、較鬆身的舒適的衫褲,並可考慮穿長袖衫褲免蚊叮蟲咬或曬傷。宜穿舒適的球鞋或行山鞋,忌穿拖鞋或涼鞋。
Mountain hikers should take four measures to protect themselves:
1) Avoid hiking at noon when the sun is in the sky, so as to avoid being unable to stand the body due to long-term sun exposure. It is recommended that hikers can leave before 8 am or after 3 pm, which is the better time;
