粟米燕麥維他奶 corn, oat and vitasoy

很多時,很多人,每日都堅持到餐廳吃早餐,認為人生都沒有甚麼大的嗜好,每日到樓下茶餐廳或大排檔吃一個幾十元的早餐,不算為過吧,這小小的生活方式都要管,都要禁止?
其實,我知道一些人明知自己膽固醇過高,都不戒口,自己想吃甚麼就吃甚麼,以好吃為大前題。
當然不是要管人家的生活方式,只是偶爾改變一下,都不錯。
除了到茶餐廳或大排檔吃早餐,到外面走走,與街坊見面,其實還有很多其他的選擇。
在家的話,最好就是吃得健康有營養。
例如,粟米燕麥維他奶,都不錯。
粟米十元兩條,把粟米粒切出來,煲熟,放涼(或隔夜預備好),加適量燕麥和豆漿,在攪拌器打爛,便是一杯美味健康的早餐(或午餐,晚餐)。
記住,粟米是非常有營養的,要多吃,但不要過量就ok。

Remember, corn is very nutritious. Eat more, but not too much.
