At Staveley Street in Central, there is Ball Kee Restaurant. It is a handful of Tai Pai Dong in Hong Kong that has not been cleared.
時菜班腩飯。Fish Fillet in Rice w/ Vegetable.

網上說，波記飯店的皇牌是乾炒牛河、星州粉米和蝦膏炒飯。試下蝦膏炒飯，不咸，不油，但不夠味道，可以說不好味。
It is said that fried rice with preserved shrimp paste is one of its signature items. It is not oily, not salty, but the taste is too light, it is not delicious.
來波記飯店，是嘗試這裡的風味，怕它又突然消失了。
We lunch here for the sole reason that we are afraid Ball Kee will disappear suddenly.
由於是大排檔，又沒有空調，不能在夏天來這裡，不怕熱，都會死。大概每碟都是五十蚊左右，便可品嚐香港正宗大排檔風味。
Ball Kee is a Tai Pai Dong. In Summer, there is still no air-con. Each dish is priced at about HK$50.0, we can enjoy the authentic Tai Pai Dong flavour of HK.
