紫荊閣(Bauhinia Kitchen)有一位資深的大廚,是做懷舊菜的,為甚麼不來試一試,先來午餐。
Bauhinia Kitchen is famous for its traditional Guangdong cuisine. But today, we try in lunchtime.
始終是酒店,感覺當然是不同。
It is anyway a restaurant in a hotel, it is a bit higher in level in all aspects.
只有三張檯和貴賓房可以看到街景,值>30%了。對面是紅磡大廈(http://isletforum.com/forum.php? ... 1%E5%A4%A7%E5%BB%88)。
Such a view is only available for three tables and the VIP room, it is worth 30% of the bill.
來個套餐,不用麻煩。

還未有人來,很清靜。

節瓜豬排湯,很香,估有火腿,整體不太濃味,不錯。

鹹魚雞粒炒飯,有蛋黃,當然香,但不是最好味的炒飯。
Fried Rice w/ Salted Fish & Chicken Meat is fried with egg yolk, delicious. But it is not of top quality in our experience.
紅豆沙,是酒樓飲宴的質量,好味。
Red Bean Paste is of the quality in traditional Guangdong restaurant, it must have been boiled for at least 1.5 hours.
當然可以再來,要早一點來,人少D。
You are advised to lunch earlier, to enjoy the silence in the restaurant.
