#金針菇 ，又名 #金菇 、#金菇菜 、#絨柄金錢菇 ，屬膨瑚菌科小火菇屬的一種真菌，為常見的 #食用菇 。


分布與種植
金針菇分布世界各地，屬於木棲腐生野菇之一種，人工種植亦使用此方法。
另外，該種菌類生長於春天，秋天與冬天的中高海拔林區，數天生，肉質軟，亦可加工成為藥材。
目前人工種植的金針菇主要有兩種，一種為白色金針菇，較白、較細，另一種為黃色金針菇，顏色為乳黃色，兩種金針菇都可進行工廠化栽培，但白色金針菇居多。
一般曬乾的金針菇大多是淺褐色。

營養
