It is rather hard for the autofrying machine to replace a chef., as the machine gets no eyes, nose and ears. A chef has to use to listen to the sound during frying, once the rice is fried thoroughly, it will tell you through its special sound., the eyes can know its oily, moist or not and then controls the cooking time, and perfect fried rice gets a brown-yellowish, jumping and volatile good smell. thus, scientist still can not invent the machine now. But, of course, the machine can make the chef avoiding occupational fatigue., VERY GOOD! |
