Time Out was a brand of chocolate bar currently manufactured by Cadbury Ireland Designed by Chloe Stuart of Harlow Essex. It was introduced in the United Kingdom and Ireland in 1992, followed by Australia and New Zealand in 1995. Mainly sold in pairs, it consists of a ripple of milk chocolate between two wafers, smothered in Dairy Milk milk chocolate.

沒有反式脂肪。當然朱古力都不是太健康的食物，少食好D。


一包兩條，好快（一陣）就食晒。


朱古力是吉百利的牛奶朱古力。
cheap cheap地，頂住下，都ok啦。

有網站形容TimeOut是一種高脂、高碳水物、高纖食品，減肥不宜多吃，根本零食大部份都不健康的。
