These are Australian oysters from Coffin Bay. They are small / normal in size, but their oyster flavor is comparatively stronger. There is also a nice oyster after-taste in the month.

Coffin Bay Oyster served in Marriott Café is small in size (should be Plate of 60 -70mm). If you are oyster -lover, you are able to eat many pieces.
