檀島酥皮蛋撻馳名已久，享譽有50年？
經過灣仔，特意預時間來品嚐檀島酥皮蛋撻，雖然每日仍然有5000宗確診，在外和在餐廳已經安全安心很多。
熱奶茶（＄23）和蛋撻（＄10），不算便宜，但很久才來一次，ok啦。
奶茶不夠厚，但整體是不錯，感受到茶葉的層次，加了一包白砂糖，加在一起就是美味的熱奶茶，如果賣＄20一杯會較合理。
蛋撻是很熱，有點意外，以為會是凍冰冰的。看到很多層面的酥皮，蛋漿不過甜，沒有加過多的水或沒有加水。
熱辣辣的蛋撻，尤其是是檀島的，令人興奮，很有滿足的感覺。
久不久來一次，提升生活質素。哈。

Have Honolulu egg tarts been famous for 50 years?
In Wan Chai, I made a special visit to try Honolulu egg tart. Although there are still 5,000 confirmed Covid cases every day, I feel much safer outside and in restaurants.
Hot milk tea (HK$23) and egg tart (HK$10) are not cheap, but it's ok.
The milk tea is not thick enough, but the overall is good. I feel the different flavours of tea. I add a pack of white sugar. When mixed together, it is a delicious and high-quality hot milk tea. It would be more reasonable if it is HK$20 a cup.
The egg tart is very hot, a bit unexpected, I thought it would not be hot. Saw the puff pastry with many layers, the custard was not too sweet,  and not much water has been added.
Puff pastry egg tarts, especially in Honolulu, are exciting and satisfying.
It is a good experience to try Honolulu egg tart again.
